3. How to distinguish between general cargo and sensitive cargo?

We will contact the courier, check and monitor, etc. Once the warehouse confirms that the package is signed for, but the package is lost, we will compensate you. The maximum compensation will be RMB 200 or 80% of the value declared, whichever is the lowest. -
7. What should I do if the package has been warehoused but is actually lost?
If any package that has been warehoused is lost, we will need 5 days to investigate from the day we are notified. After investigation, if it is confirmed that it is lost, we will compensate you with the lowest compensation amount of up to RMB 400 or 80% of the value declared. If it is not lost, we will reissue it for free after 40 work days.
