Please read these agreement carefully. The following terms and conditions are applied when using our website or mobile applications, products, and services. By using the website, service, mobile application, and ordering goods, you agree, on behalf of yourself, to the terms and conditions (“agreement”). In addition, you acknowledge that all information provided to us is accurate and current and that you will immediately inform us of any changes to the information you provide to us. You agree that we may use your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy of this Agreement. Moreover, you guarantee that you have the legal right to use our services on your own behalf or on behalf of service beneficiaries.
Top 1 Post will sometimes formulate and modify Terms & Conditions without specifically notifying you. If there are any changes to the Terms & Conditions, we will post an announcement on the website. The changes will take effect immediately after being posted, and will also become part of the Terms & Conditions. If you continue to use any of our services, it will be deemed that you have accepted the revised Terms & Conditions. In the event of a dispute or controversy, the latest Service Terms will control.

1.Top 1 Post will never sign for any goods to be paid on delivery.

2.Top 1 Post will never sign for any goods sent by surface mail, or without proof of receipt or tracking.

3.Top 1 Post only accepts and processes goods from one customer with one waybill number issued by one store.

4.Top 1 Post will not be responsible for any loss, missed delivery, or change in freight if the following circumstances occur:

Circumstance 1: the seller issued a waybill number, but the package contained goods belonging to one or more of the customers, resulting in a customer being unable to claim the other goods.

The customer must contact the seller to ensure that the waybill number used by the seller when shipping is only for the customer's goods.

Circumstance 2: (customer purchases two or more goods)the seller only provides one waybill number to the customer, but in fact, the seller separates the customer's goods into two or more waybill numbers, causing the customer to fail to claim the other goods.

It is the customer's responsibility to contact the seller to obtain other correct waybill numbers for claiming.

Circumstance 3: the seller provided an incorrect waybill number.

It is the customer's responsibility to contact the seller to obtain the correct waybill numbers for claiming.

5.Since it takes time to input cargo data, it is recommended that customers log in to the website to claim the goods one working day after the goods arrive at the Top 1 Post.

6.Things to note when warehouse at domestic logistics transit stations: customers must claim and arrange shipping within 6 months from the date the goods arrive at Top 1 Post, otherwise, the overdue goods will be destroyed after half a year.

7.All first or continued weights that are less than 1 kilogram (KG) will be calculated as 1 kilogram (KG).

*** Example 1: if the total weight of all goods is 0.99 kilograms (KG), the order will be calculated as 1 kilogram (KG).***

*** Example 2: if the total weight of all goods is 1.01 kilograms (KG), the order will be calculated as 2 kilogram (KG).***

8.The actual weight and volumetric weight of the goods shall be calculated Top 1 Post.

9.There is no limit to combining tracking numbers.

10.Once the order is confirmed (regardless of whether it is under review or processing status), we will not cancel the order, add goods to the order, or change to other logistics services.

11.Top 1 Post will receive goods from 10:30 am to 10:30 pm every day. The order cut-off time for each service is 4:00 pm (it will be delayed appropriately if time permits).

12.If the customer requests to cancel the order after successful payment, we will not arrange a refund.

13.We accepts domestic freight to be paid on collect.

14.If the address provided is in a non-commercial area or a remote area, and the customer does not pay the surcharge, the company reserves the right not to deliver the goods.

15.All goods received by Top 1 Post will be deemed to be delivered in Malaysia. If the customer needs to forward or return the goods, but the destination is not Malaysia, the calculation method (in RMB) is as follows.

[warehouse rent (RMB 10) * storage days] + [freight (separately quoted) * weight] = transshipment fee.

*If there are any objections to the freight, Top 1 Post reserves the right to make the final decision.
